Narek Avanesyan

I'm Narek, and my family and I are from Chartar in Artsakh but have lived in Areni since we were forcibly displaced in 2023. I trained as an artist and worked as an art teacher and school director, and now I work in construction. I live with my wife, our two daughters, and my parents, and we love art, learning about other cultures, and meeting new people.

Come join our family for a homemade lunch or dinner and a warm conversation around the table. We'll try to cook dishes that suit your tastes and food preferences. We'd love to welcome you to Areni, a village that's become dear to us.
